In future Multi-Domain Operations, a critical component will be not only preparing the joint warfighting force to cognitively understand this environment but also assisting the force in developing the techniques, procedures, and processes required to conduct operations in this complex battlefield. Increased cyber warfare, electronic warfare, information warfare, and advanced weaponry will demand increased analytical capabilities, the ability to filter information, and quick adaptation to this very fluid environment with different developing assets. As M&S will be a critical enabler in preparing the joint force for these battles, this panel will provide information on some M&S frameworks that are in development, defining data exchange models for cyber and electronic warfare, and other projects that will assist in maximizing the use of different models to meet training objectives. Because we can agree that we will need these capabilities to prepare, we also need to start these preparations now!
